Over the last few months, multiple lawsuits have rocked the entertainment industry.
The most disturbing involves the State of California vs. Activision Blizzard including allegations of sexual harassment and discrimination within the workplace.
A second lawsuit involves the Black Widow actress, Scarlett Johansson, suing Disney (parent company of Marvel Entertainment) for loss of personal revenue because of how the movie was released.
In the Season Finale of ShatterCast, we share our honest opinions about the lawsuits and the impact they could have on the entertainment industry. We also discuss one troubling similarity we found in both cases – the rather strong and defensive initial response from the entertainment companies.
How could they have handled those responses better? And in our own lives, how do we handle times when we might be accused of something?
